FAQ

Guided learning hours for the course are 200. The course is flexible, you can work according to your own schedule. The course is assignment-based. Each unit has two assignments, which need to be submitted and will be marked by the course tutor. The feedback for the submitted assignments will be provided by tutor within 15 working days of the assignment being submitted. On the successful completion of the unit, you will move on to the next unit and this way you will complete your course. There will be no formal exam for this course apart from the assignment submission. The certificate will be provided at the end of the course upon the successful submission of all your assignments.

When you enroll on the course you will be provided a Moodle link for studies where all the study material and session recording will be available.

This is a unique course validated by UK government body (ETA) which is approved by UK government and the certificate will be accepted worldwide.

All the learning material will be provided and uploaded to Moodle online learning platform. Additionally, 1-1 support sessions will be provided by the experts.

Tutor support will be provided for the assignment submission.

Once you enroll on this course, you will be provided access to Moodle Learning Platform where the session recording and study material will be available.

You can access each lesson when you are ready. To move on to the next unit lesson, you must finish learning with previous unit. It is advisable to finish this course within 9-12 months

Online learning platforms are typically designed to be user-friendly. However, students still need basic computer skills to access and navigate these programs. These skills include using a keyboard and a mouse; running computer programs; using the Internet; sending and receiving email; using word processing programs; and using forums and other collaborative tools.
